How do I open ZIP files?
If you are downloading an ebook (or ebook customization package) in ZIP format, you'll need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version of WinZip here. Once you've downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open it. Select all the files in the WinZip window and click 'Extract'. Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to. Go to that folder on your PC and double-click the icon to open the file.
