How do I claim a refund if I'm not satisfied?
To claim your full 100% refund, simply contact us within the time-frame of the guranatee, asking for the refund and including your name, e-mail address and order number.
If you don't have the order number anymore, just send us a message containing your name, address, e-mail address and the approximate date when you ordered the ebook in question. We'll get working on having your money repaid in full to your credit-card account right away. Please allow up to 10 business days for the money to arrive back on your account.
You're not obliged to tell us why you want a refund, but your comments and criticisms are always welcome.
